UCI African Continental Champs – Jonkershoek
Crank attended the UCI African Continental Champs in Jonkershoek on Saturday. The riders were met with stifling hot conditions and a super technical 4km course designed by Chris Nixon. There was some great racing to be seen with Yolande Speedy, Burry Stander and James Reid securing African titles.

Rourke takes on South Africa’s best
Orange Monkey-Cannondale rider, Rourke Croeser will take on the best riders across all continents of Africa in the much anticipated Continental Championships this weekend.
Rourke has already shown good early season form and has already stated the African Championships is a priority.

Hat trick for Knox at MTN Barberton Ultra Marathon
Max Knox (DCM) proved that hard work pays off when he won the MTN Barberton ultra-marathon (120km) on Saturday for the third year in a row.
Actually the way Knox completed his hat trick of victories was uncanny. It was almost a carbon copy of what happened on the slopes of the Barberton mountains the year before.
