Andrew Neethling wins US Open of Mountain Biking DH

Capetonian Andrew Neethling (Trek World Racing) won the Elite Mens DH race at the US Open of Mountain Biking that took place on the US Memorial Day holiday, this past weekend at the Diablo Freeride Park in Vernon, New Jersey. Over 500 professional and amateur athletes participated in the eighth running of this event making it a siginificant win for Andrew.

Andrew triumphed over a star studded field that included Sam Hill, Brendan Fairclough, Justin Leov,  Mick Hannah, Gee Atherton and Steve Smith
